Workplace Wellbeing

Fenero was chosen as a Workplace Wellbeing Champion by the Nutrition & Health Foundation for Ireland’s first National Workplace Wellbeing Day in 2015. All of our team, and their families, have free access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

  • a confidential service
  • managed by specialist, highly qualified clinical professionals
  • includes a 24 hour medical and life management helpline
  • and face to face counselling services.

We support and encourage physical fitness activities. We believe in talking about mental health and providing support as needed. We offer bi-annual health checks. We also try to encourage healthy eating by providing free fresh fruit, de-caf tea and coffee and herbal teas in our office.

We are very proud to be able to extend one of our personal wellbeing supports to our contractor clients also. All of our contractor clients have access to our above mentioned Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).

Soar

We are also proud to support wellbeing outside of Fenero through our partnership with the amazing organisation Soar. Soar creates and delivers early intervention wellness workshops inside and outside of the school system for young people from all backgrounds between the ages of 12 and 18.
