After the best part of a year in the planning, we are delighted to reveal our new brand identity to the world today! From start to finish, the advice and support we have received from The Pudding has been second to none. And the journey has been hugely enjoyable.

We have always had a strong company culture and reputation for great tax services at value fees. However, with the help of The Pudding we now have a new, stronger brand identity to help us communicate this even more clearly!

The Pudding take an absolutely holistic approach to branding and how it affects your business both inside and out. We worked through a structured process of first conducting an audit on the “health” of our existing brand. Conclusions drawn from the audit led us to developing a new brand identity. Going forward we will be working closely with The Pudding on managing our brand, with strategic consulting services and ongoing internal brand training amongst others.

We now have a fantastic new brand identity which we look forward to having a lot of fun with! But a rebrand is about more than just appearances. The experience has been beneficial in so many fundamental ways.

The Pudding are huge believers in figuring out your “why” and ensuring you have full clarity on who you are and where you are going. To achieve this in a meaningful way involved a full review of our business strategy, what we have achieved to date and our aspirations for the future. The clarity and knowledge gained from this process has already strongly influenced my strategic thinking. In fact, I believe this will be one of the most enduring benefits into the long term.


In addition, the whole team at Fenero have been very positive and engaged in the process. They participated enthusiastically in a brand workshop during the audit stage and also during our internal rebrand launch two weeks ago, both facilitated by The Pudding. We have a very strong positive culture and it has been a great opportunity for us all to reaffirm what we stand for and what is collectively important to us. After all, it is how we think and behave as people which ultimately makes our brand what it truly is.
